New project GCR (gas compressing re-injection).
My duties have been involved in the following:
1 Commissioning and start up of gas-lift compressors (Nuevo Pignone).
2 Commissioning and start up Crude oil storage tanks and export pumps.
3 Utility system including air compressor (Atlas copco GA 30/GA37/ZT160), nitrogen production unit, fuel gas and seal gas conditioning.
4 Cold and hot flare system.
5 Condensate stabilization unit including (slug catcher, Column, heater, heat exchanger and storage tank).
6 Water treatment unit (deaerator and chemical injection) and dilution water.
7 Fire and gas, fire water, and ESD systems.
