Supply Manager (Responsible Supply Fuels, Lubricants and Specialties) :
Coordination of tenders for the supply of base oils in our blending plant. Overseeing the operations of transit formalities relating to import and export of lubricants; Definition of security stock of lubricants according to the sources of supply; Animation regular internal purchase committee; Monitoring and regular updating of the model needs assessment lubricants.
Supervision of lubricants warehouses in different localities and the stock reconciliation process for fuel and lubricants.
Coordination of supply of fuels products (establish orders, tracking shipment, processing invoices, ˇK) for the local market and exports; Participation in various national supply and transportation of petroleum products.

Fuels Supply Manager:
Development of containing hydrocarbon plan purchase for the local market and Exports. Pricing negotiations in the acquisition of the containing hydrocarbon products from the refinery for exports.
Supervision interfaces with the terminals and the Administration intervening in the Industry: Customs, Metrology and Taxes; Supervision of the transfers of fuel products in the various terminals; Regular animation of the meetings of the Industry Oil Loss Committee.
Leading the negotiations of renewal of the contracts with the company operating in the local third party terminals.
Coordination of the activities of purchase and storage (Orders, Scale, MeetingsˇK) for the Industry.
Lead Negotiator in the Industry relating to the renewal of the contracts of purchase of petroleum products with the refinery.
Participation in the development of new terms of reference for the procedures of the invitations to tender as Member of the technical Commission.
Participation in the development of the projects of text on the procedures of provisioning of the local market.
Supervision of the activities of the accounting and the reconciliation of stocks of affiliates Cameroon, Chad and Equatorial Guinea of Exxon Mobil;.
Implementation of Controls of conformity to the Standards of ExxonMobil for physical and countable handling of the petroleum products in the third party terminals.

PCM Stocks Assistant (Accountable for the Implementation Product Control Manual):
Implementation of a tool in the Cameroon Petroleum Industry, Chad and Equatorial Guinea, developed by ExxonMobil, for the control and follow-up of the losses/gains of product in the oil terminals.
Development of the procedures of follow-up and control of the Plants and In-transit losses/gains of the petroleum products.
Initiation of an Oil Loss Committee, and leading of its meetings.
Realization of "Gap Analysis" in all third party terminals where ExxonMobil products are handled.
Definition of the objectives of the plant and in-transit losses/gains in third party terminals.
Supervision check in the Third party terminals.
Training of the staff of ExxonMobil in Cameroon and Chad on the procedures of operations and management of the terminals (Gauging, Conversion by the tables ASTM, Reception of the petroleum products, Controls and calibration of measuring, Management instruments used in the custody transfer, Follow-up of the inventories).
