Counselling Roles included guiding variety of Technical Teams, i.e. Design, Commissioning & Start-up, Asset Integrity-Process Safety (AI-PS), and Technical Audit Teams to identifying Safety Critical Elements (SCEs) as a step towards managing escalation of events and risks through successive Barriers comprises Structural Integrity, Process Containment, Ignition Control, Protection Systems, Detection Systems, Shutdown Systems, Emergency Response and Lifesaving Plans all over the Project Development phases and maintaining these Barriers throughout the Project lifecycle; and
