PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Present Employer: Gulf Sponge Iron Co, LLC, Abu Dhabi, (UAE).
A Natural Gas Based DRI Plant of capacity 30 TPH.
Present job: Presently I am working as Control Room Operator (DCS) with Gulf Sponge Iron Co, LLC, Abu Dhabi, UAE and joined on 26th-Sept-08. Gulf Sponge Iron Co, LLC is a part of Al Nasser Holdings, LLC which is one of the largest groups of private sector in Middle East.
Job responsibility: Works in the control room (DCS operation Programming in Yokogava), to control and monitor the safe operation of the plant in order to meet the specified production qualities and quantities, of HYL ZR MICRO MODULE.
Working with the UTILITIES like, THERMAX made boiler of 5 ton/hr capacity, HYL Reactor for DRI making, CO2 Removal System, Cooling Water System, Water Softening System, SIEMENS made Centrifugal Compressor, Air Compressor, Hydraulic System, Heat exchangers, Material Handling System, & Cement Coating System. P & ID, PFD knowledge Control of process parameters within the set limits, awareness of interlocks and safety matrix, logic diagrams. Involved in the activities like, commissioning , starting – up and shutting down of the plant. Experience in routing / planning ,to carry out first line maintenance.

Worked as Shift Supervisor and Control Room Operator with Lloyds Metals and Engineers limited. (Ghugus, Chandrapur.) A Sponge Iron Division of Lloyds Steel group, having capacity 500 TPD Kiln of OSIL Technology and 100*8 TPD Kiln of LURGI German technology of Coal based , and 50 MW Power plant

Job responsibilities : Shift responsibility including control room as well as field related jobs

QUALIFICATION
B.Sc.in Chemistry and Geology, from Nagpur University, Nagpur, (Maharashtra)
Year of passing-2004.

Computer knowledge:
Computer handling with knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Training : Certificate course training at 3M5 plant, MONTERREY , MEXICO
A Natural Gas Based DRI plant of capacity 80 TPH.
