Career Objective
Working as an HSE officer based offshore and onshore.
Professional Experience
• Ensure workplace safety comply with Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) statutory, company and client requirements.
• Implement and promote HSE programs including raising 1 PAKAT per month.
• Routine monitoring on-site : Blasting / painting / scaffolding
• Conduct HSEMS audits, reviews, verification and inspections.
• Conduct regular Daily Pre-Task HSE Briefings, Site Safety Training and Toolbox Talks and Safety Inductions for all staffs, contractor and client, by incorporating CIA and 12LSR.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and follow up actions
• Daily monitoring of high swell during boat transfer.
• Prevent any violations of the BSP and MOPS policies and exercise the mandatory rules and regulations by taking steps in the implementing of consequence management against whoever breaks them.
• Liase with Superintendents and/or Supervisors in view of taking position actions to close out any recommendations from incident report findings.
