20 years experience in the Onshore/Offshore O&G. Worked intensively for the 20 years with both international and local exposures during different phases of project life from Opportunity acquisition to Execution/Operation including, Evaluation/Screening/ Feasibility studies, Concept Selection and Basis/Conceptual design, Definition and FEED Development, detailed design and EPC. I hold excellent knowledge of International working environment, project requirements with great experience in manag. through projects in Gas/Oil separation, LNG and LPG recovery, gas compression, oil stabilization, pipelines and infrastructure for both Onshore and Offshore Facilities. Familiar with the management of all project interfaces and relationships with partners and key stakeholders. I hold knowledge in successful negotiation with internal professional families, JV partners, Vendors, Customers and Business Contractors. Strong experience in the definition of Cost Estimates, Sale objectives and forecast, application of the internal Assurance and PEER, Project reviews/gates to support Decision Support Packages for Operated and Non-Operated assets. Familiar with the international requirements of business development through my knowledge of different processes for Project Mgmt and sales from defining a prospect to booking the sale. I have also a strong experience in the definition and establishment of PFDs, P&IDs, Technical Specifications, Calculation sheets, etc. Over the years, I have come to work in integrated international teams including client management and highly qualified people, good planning and organizational skills and I have always effectively communicated across cultural and technical boundaries. 12 years as PM responsible for the coordination, controls and the execution of allocated projects; I ensured completion in accordance with all requirements and objectives, within time and cost constraints; I achieved objectives ensuring the observance of HSE and Quality procedures and practices. I speak, fluently, Arabic and French, English and Italian. Directly responsible for the development of a strong and motivated team, increased productivity and meeting profitability targets of the organization. Possess strong interpersonal skills to manage people of different cultures, backgrounds and nationalities to meet and exceed organizational targets & objectives.
