Implementing RasGas safety system in the site. Preparing SHE plan and updating as per the requirements. Ensure the company has complied with country law and legislation. Monitoring and advice to meet and achieve safety requirements and analyse the hazards and adopt preventive measures, safety assessment methods and physical, chemical, biological and behavioural safety. Preparing, reviewing and updating Risk Assessment for all activities and getting approval with RasGas safety. Ensure hazard identification program disseminated to all the employees in the organisation. Conducting PTW refresher training to all the charge hands and monthly awareness training for all the employees. Organizing weekly meeting and monthly meeting with RasGas staffs in order to verify the implementation of SHE requirements. Conduct regular site safety inspections and prepare SHE performance reports for site manager for corrective actions and submitting to RasGas. Check and advice on each work plan or procedures for safety prior to work commencement. Ensuring the implementation of SHE requirements by the contractors.
Updating and implementing ERP and organising mock drill. Organising and conducting corporate HSE month of safety campaign.
Investigate all incidents and accidents and submit reports complete with remedial actions to safety team of main office through site manager for corrective action.
Conducting Internal OHSAS 18001 Audit for our other maintenance sites.
Initiate and ensure Tool Box Talk (TBT) conducted by supervisory personnel. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Head office and keep a copy at site for any audits and reference in the future.
Ensure in-house site safety induction to all new employees. Organise and conduct SHE compulsory training for the employees.
