Construction of 5000TPD Cement Plant for Gulf Cement Company at Umm Bab, Qatar.
Description
Constructing a 5000TPD Cement Plant for Gulf Cement Company for a value of QRs.156Million. Scope of work is 280000Mt which includes 10136Mt of Structural Fabrication and Erection.
Responsibilities
•Preparing BOQ from Drawings for Procurement
•Planning and Material Procurement
•Inspection and examining work progress to ensure that quality and quantity specifications are met to ensure safety
•Arranging for third party inspection and preparation of records as per QC procedures
•Coordination with client and subcontractors
•Preparation of Daily / Weekly & Monthly Production Report
•Monthly Structural & Equipment Billing preparation & certification from client.
•Preparing of as built drawing (RED LINE DRD).
