Over 10 years experience in the operation and maintenance of large volume Chemical manufacturing equipment, senior trainer for operators, supervisors, etc, on equipment and control systems, expert in containment technology for 7 years. Led projects on process/technology improvement and containment upgrades. Wrote technical documentation for operation of new equipment, trained personnel on all aspects of new and existing equipment and systems. Conducted IQ, OQ and PQ testing and delvered desired outcomes, created progress reports on projects, provided presentations on upgrades for senior management and training upon roll-out for all staff. Upgraded training system from outdated paper based training and tracking system to state of the art electronic training system and developed tracking system for training outcomes, all in a GMP regulated environment.

My professional experience in Process Plant Technology and Training disciplines was developed in Janssen Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. My most recent role as Senior Process Operator has certain skill sets that may be found useful.

In Janssen Pharmaceutical I was chosen to lead several process improvement projects, from initial design to installation and go-live, also in the design and implementation of training programs and training manuals for operators and supervisors on new and updated equipment and systems.


I have much experience gained in the Pharmaceutical sector and working in a GMP environment. I have experience in SAP, Sattline, Fisher Rosemount DCS and Industrial IT DCS systems. I was involved in projects on the implementation of new operating systems and manufacturing equipment, and trained operators and supervisors in the operation of same. I have extensive experience in operating and training over the past 10 years and was on-site expert in many containment systems used in bulk Pharmaceutical manufacturing.


In February 2010, Janssen Pharmaceutical reduced its’ workforce in line with economic conditions and the company’s rationalisation plan. This affected all aspects of the business and the headcount in production was to be reduced resulting in a voluntary redundancy scheme of which I availed. I am therefore available for immediate employment.
