I ,Mr. Md. Ashraful Arifin is a B.Sc.in Engineering majored in Electrical & Electronic from former Bangladesh Institute of Technology, Rajshahi (presently RUET) in the year 1992.
I joined as Part-Time Lecturer in the same institution & served from June 1993 to July 1993.I joined as Asstt. Engineer Maintenance in KAFCO in August 1993 & served well the 24MW Power Plant till April 1999.
Then I left for Singapore & served two companies in Singapore (Sembawang Shipyard & Technics Offshore) from July 1999 to December 2002.
After coming back to Bangladesh I joined a H2O2 plant named HP Chemical as Electrical Engineer and performed well as head of electrical from October 2003 to April 2005.
From January to March 2006 I served Libra Infusions as Instrument Engineer. Then I successfully came back to serve the Power Plant & joined Al-Thoukhy in kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Electrical Engineer for the 65MW Turbine Power Plant & served from June 2007 to December 2007.
Later I found a job in Bangladesh in GBB Power Limited & joined as Senior Electrical Engineer. Due to my excellence in service I was promoted to Deputy General Manager & became the In charge of the 24MW Power Plant. I supervised the testing/commissioning of the plant successfully & served the company from February 2008 to June 2009.
I have extensive experience in Power Plant & performed well in all of my positions. I am sincere honest & committed to my duties.
Presently I am acting as Plant Manager of 20MW RPP of EPL at Bogra form 18.07.2009 & doing well in erection of the plant. I have designed the piping of the engines .I supervised the fabrication of ancilliary items of the Engines like level switch, Air filter box, Silencer box with the help of local contaractors. I modified the control system of the generators & M.C.C suitable for the power plant from the co-generation plant type.

B.Sc In electrical & electronic. major subjects: DC circuits,AC Circuits,switchgear & protection,electrical machines,transmission & distribution,communication,microprocessor,Measuring instruments,Thermodynamics.
