• Responsible for the final handover of Mechanical Systems which includes Piping and Structural Steel to the client for (TCCC) Transfer , Care, Custody and Control
• Development of project turnover procedures, practices, and guidelines.
• Work with construction and develop a detailed plan for complete and efficient turnover of facilities.
• Interface with construction, sub contractors, commissioning and project groups to ensure the physical documentation requirements for the turnover of systems and facilities are defined, and agreed to by all concerned parties.
• Submit weekly reports outlining construction turnover progress and one-week look ahead of upcoming activities.
• Work with Site & Commissioning/Turnover Management in communicating / identifying / mitigating potential risks that could adversely affect project completion success.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pre-commissioning plans.
• Maintain turnover database management systems such as Complete IT or WinPCS.
• Coordinate system walk-downs, punch-list closure, and turnover acceptance.
• Maintain turnover dossiers and transfer care custody and control documentation.
• Monitor Engineering, Construction’s, Sub-contractor’s performance in turning over the systems, sub-systems.
