I am anxious to find a position where I will increase my knowledge and experience. And I am willing to develop self- confidence, gain work experience and establish my own identity in the world of petroleum engineering careers

I had an industrial training at Schlumberger (UAE-Abu -Dhabi) (01-Sep-08) - (18-Dec-08) :
1/ Attended ˇ§ Safety Coursesˇ¨ (SIPP, NEST and Drive smart) given by the QHSE
Department :

2/ Spent three weeks in each of the following four segments:

ˇ´ Wire Line segment :
„« Sonde lab (Mechanical maintenance is done to different tools such as VSIT and IBCS).
„« IE lab (Electronic maintenance is done to the MRFA).

ˇ´ Well Service segment :

„« PAE lab (Thickening time, Slurry density, Fluid loss control, Rheology test, Free water).
„« Chemical warehouse.
„« Mechanical shop (Familiarized with some equipments such as Cement Pumping Skid, BOP, Batch Pack, Coiled Tubing reel ).
„« Electronics lab (Got an idea about coil cat system).

ˇ´ Well Testing segment :

„« Surface Well Testing (Familiarized with various types of tools used in SWT such as choke manifold, SSV, Multiphase tester).
„« Drill Stem Testing (Got familiar with the tools used in DST).
„« Oil phase (Helping in maintaining and preparing oil phase tools SRS, SSB, SPMC, CSB, NGB, GSB).

ˇ´ Drilling and measurement segment :

„« LWD (ARC, ADN, Ecoscope, Stethoscope, periscope, GVR).
„« MWD (power pulse, telescope, impulse and slim pulse).
„« RSS (power drive X5 and power drive Xceed).

After this practical training at Shlumberger I developed a very clear idea about working in Petroleum Company.
