The following are my major roles in project execution and Commissioning
 Familiar with Integration and disintegration of IA series Mesh control Network Systems.
 Familiar with Installation of Quick fixes, Firmware Updating of CP, FBM and Switch Firmware’s, Netsight software, Aim*Inform, Aim*Explorer, Aim*Historian configurations, Installation and Running of Ferret, System Definition preparation and committing of station, Installation and configuration of IA software and other related software’s such as FOXAPI, Foxview/Foxdraw, AIM*AT, Netsight, FDSI, IACC, etc., Familiar with Network analysis software’s like etherpeek, Wireshark, installation of Service Packs, Backing up and restoring of workstations and control Processor databases.
 Arranging & Attending Kick-of-Meeting with Customers, Consultants and Vendors to get Inputs like Cable Schedule, Control Logics, Process write-up’s, I/O Summary, Graphics, 3rd Party device data’s, etc., and doing site survey.
 DCS System Engineering and development using I/A Series Foxboro Nodebus and Mesh control network Systems (version 7.x & 8.x).
 Up-Gradation of older version of DCS systems to newer version at both Hardware & Software levels.
 Engineering Knowledge in FDSI, Foundation Fieldbus, HART & Profibus technologies integration with DCS.
 Detailed Engineering, Design and System Integration with 3rd party Devices.
 System software engineering such as installation of control system software package as per proposed schemes, defining of I/O’s and control stations with there attributes, generation and loading of control stations, generation control drawings, building Control Input Output database, Logics, Complex loops, generation of graphics as per P & I Diagrams.
 FAT & SAT implementation
 Supervision of system installation, plant commissioning and start-up.
 Erection & commissioning of I/A Series Foxboro DCS Systems.
 Familiar with DCS System Engineering development tools like ICC -integrated
 Control Configuration, IACC – I/A Series System Configuration Component,
 FOXCAE of Foxboro and, FBD – Functional Block Diagrams
 Preparing System Documents, Panel diagrams & As built Documentation.
