Project planning and Management:

• Planning the entire process of Erection & Assembly within the time & Cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Anchoring on site Erection activity to ensure completion of project & finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters.
• Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
• Handling various activities like site execution, planning.
• Handle of all the mechanical activity and design parameter.
• Follow-up the different vendors for schedules.
• Supervising all Erection activities including providing technical input for methodologies of site work & coordination with site management activities.
• Ensuring that materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
• Responsible for utilizing economic resources & monitoring day-to-day Erection schedules for structure, piping and equipments to achieve the target within stipulated time frame.
• Erection of more than 1000 MT structure work.
• Erection of process piping and IBR piping work of all the plant.
• Erection and alignment of Ball Digester -110 MT.
• Erection and alignment of Robotic arm and Slinger arm.
