1. Under broad direction, responsible for developing training and maintain the Electrical Department at US Army Camp Liberty-Baghdad

2. In charge of 46 electricians divided in several Electrical Teams providing day-today electrical operations at all living and working premises at the camp

3. Directly responsible for selection and purchase of all electrical materials and equipment. Commodities purchased include, and are not limited to: all types of construction material, electrical equipment, large quantities electrical cable, power tools, modular living support units, safety equipment and supplies.

4. Personally responsible that all purchases follow companies procurement procedures and guidelines

5. Provided daily and weekly reports to regional Operations office.

6. Performed accounting and financing duties such as, timekeeping, timesheets, overtime projections ,payroll advance ,researching payroll problems; responsible for 46 persons

7. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of construction and maintenance services and is responsible for the execution of electrical services, quality assurance, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Evaluates electrical service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go" scope.


8. Created and updated project execution manuals. Ensured completion of all required reports .Job task that correctly performed impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
