February 2009 to present:

 Drilling Field Safety Supervisor For ADWOC Rig 1(Arab Drilling & Workover Company -Syria Branch) as Per Duties:
• Eliminate, reduce, identify, control and Report Risks by undertaking regular checks and plan inspections at rig sites.
• Report to the HSE manager the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Conduct drills at rig site such as (Fire drill, H2S drill, Muster Drill, BOP Drill, MediEvac drill).
• Report the QHSE findings to the rig TP and HSE manager.
• Conduct the fire fighting equipment inspection.
• Report after investigation all accidents, incidents, near misses, spillages to the HSE dept.
• Conduct pretour meetings, weekly safety meetings, prejob safety meetings, Exceptional safety meetings to the drilling and service company’s crews.
• Conduct the HSE training sessions and ensure that all personnel are trained in different HSE matters.
• Record and report all UAUC (unsafe acts and unsafe conditions) reported by the crew hands.
• Develop JSA for all drilling activities.
• Ensure that all safety procedures and instructions are implemented.
