Process Engineer
•Developing line index including line sizing, pressure drop calculations, isolation standard, operating and design conditions, insulation and PED assessment.

•Participating HAZOP sessions, preparing HAZOP action list and HAZOP close-out reports

•Preparing process datasheets

•Developing PFDs and P&IDs

•Generating process design report, utility consumption list, and functional desgin specifications

•Review of piping isometrics and commenting

•Review vendor documentations and commenting

•Attending Bid clarification meetings, SDRL review,scope of delivery

•Preparing E.Qs and DCNs

•Design, sizing and development of drilling mud circulation facilities including mud treatment and reconditioning, mud mix and transfer, HP mud circulation, mud tanks and distribution manifolds, well control and BOP, cement unit and cuttings re-injection unit (CRI)

•Pump NPSH calculations

•Calculation and sizing of pressure relief valves

•Mud/gas separator design, sizing and calculations

•Familiar with NORSOK standards, API and ASME
Ormen Lange Gas field development
Production Engineer

•Getting familiar with IPM simulation package including MBAL, PROSPER and GAP

•Modelling of subsea manifolds and lines up to surface handling facilities using GAP simulation software.

•Optimization of C02 injection process for EOR and sequestration in South Arne oil field using Eclipse and RSM approach.

•Publishing SPE paper (SPE-125550-MS) resulting from simulation results and RSM analysis.

Process Engineer

•Familiarization with the facility operation and maintenance procedures

•Getting familiar with the facility PFD and P&ID’s,site inspection, engineering verification according to As-bulit P&IDs.

•Attending extensive Process and instrumentation courses. (6 months full-time theoretical and on-job trainings.

•Participating in pre-commissioning and commissioning of the offshore facility.
