May 2002 - Present Weatherford Dubai , UAE
Area/General Manager position for last 9 years in different countries (Iraq, Qatar, India & Syria) reporting to VP-MENA Region.

Parts of my recent internal responsibilities are listed below:

Additional Information

Achievements:


1. Grow WFT Iraq from $16 MM/Month & 14% profit to $30 MM/Month & 29% profit (highest ever recorded revenue in ME & NA from one WFT unit).

2. Grow WFT India from less than $ 1 MM / month & -34% losses in profit to $ 10.5 MM/month 2005-2008 & increase head count from 74 to 540 with 25 % average profit.

3. Build WFT Syria from scratch & establish $ 20 MM/annum business 2002 - 2005 with 40% average profit.

4. Plan & supervise Hydraulic Fracturing & UBD campaigns for vertically drilled dry wells.

5. Drill 392 m of hot sloughing shale in one day by implementing new drilling techniques & practices also by using KCL/Polymer/CaCo3 Mud (Recipe designed by me).

6. Implement successfully new mud system (Visplex III) in silt intercalated highly fractured & fluid loss sensitive tight sand reservoirs with short radius directional drilling & convert dry well to producer.
