Job Role: Analysis & Coordination
- Overall responsibility for ensuring that all required QC sampling and analysis/ testing are completed and trending is being performed according to the requirements of regulatory documentation.
- Responsible for the review of QC test data (i.e. compilation of batch documentation and assessment of compliance with specifications) and for final QC decisions/authorization in support the release/rejection of materials and products.
- Responsible for implementing of ICH and SUPAC guidelines [Stability Guidelines].
- Responsible for the investigation and reporting of all emerging trends, Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) analytical QC results.
- Generating and Updating all QC related SOP’s protocols & validation reports.
- Development of new method of testing.
- Calibration and Qualification of laboratory instruments e.g. Balances, PH meter, Disintegrator, UV-Spectrophotometer, Karl Fishier, Dissolution, HPLC & UPLC.
Instruments, software & system used :
- HPLC (Shimadzu and Waters), Software: Class VP, Empower I & Empower II.
- UPLC (Waters), Software: Empower II.
- Dissolution: Erweka and Hansson.
