HSE Specialist/HSE Advisor

An International Rotation Position 28/28 or 35/35 as a Drilling HSE Specialist/Drilling HSE Advisor is of my interest but I am flexible.

An International Rotation Position 28/28 is of my interest but I am flexible. I am an American Citizen currently living in the Philippines. We have just completed a 3 year project in Kuwait for Kuwait Oil Company and I am available now. Through my experience with Kuwait Oil Company, other companies and many training programs and certificates I am familiar with and have worked with the following in Drilling Operations and Production Operations:

Emergency Response, Incident Investigation, HSEMS Compliance Inspections, reviews and audits,
Rig HSE Inspections, Permit to Work / JSA/TRA/Safety Meetings, Risk Assessment/Hazard Hunts and Mitigation, Confined Space, H2S/HSE Training/Safety Advising/Safety Supervision and Safety Coaching.

I have written procedures and have assisted in writing procedures.
I have many years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry and enjoy assisting personnel as a TEAM member in all HSE matters on site.
