1- Huawei-Zain Jordan NodeB Project.
• Providing Field Engineers and Front Office Engineers with the required technical support based on the agreed standards and Technical background to satisfy our customers needs, responsible to provide our company Engineers with how to find the best solution (RF and Transmission -Civil-) for our sites survey. (Technical Management)
• Building scope of work per day and per week, comparing the expected results with actual results to increase the project's results quality.
• Suggest most of the project standards, which were taken as standards for the whole project.
• Being in touch with our customers meetings.
• Troubleshooting.
• Tracking Project's Engineers.
• Providing my Manager with the overall project status per day and per week to discuss how to solve all faced problems.
3- MTN Syria, AIRCOM & IBC Data Collection project for MTN Network RF optimization Project:
• Technical Supervisor Engineer, Giving a training for fourteen field Engineers for one week and supporting them with how to work with Ericsson, NSN and Huawei Technology, in addition of that being a Quality Assurance Engineer through the project period.
• Building the Scope of work and Standards of the project.
• Solve so many problems and misunderstand Standards with MTN and AIRCOM to satisfy their needs as bein0g our customers.
• Giving the Data Entries lectures in how to work with the Data Collection project for MTN network RF optimization project.
• Being in touch with MTN and AIRCOM Meetings, and building Evaluations and statistics for our collected Sites Data to be discussed with MTN, AIRCOM and our Field Engineers.
6- Giving an extra time to build and update some individual projects:
a) Prepare RFQ, Quotations and purchase orders.
b) Building a website for UTC using HTML, Macromedia Flash and PHP software.
c) Building a Solution to calculate the salary for UTC Engineers and Technicians using Microsoft visual C# and another solution using Microsoft office Excel.
d) Creating presentation for Our Company, and preview it toour customers in Jordan and outside Jordan,discussing our company achievements and targets.
e) Creating a new Calls management by using VOIP software to be in touch with UTC branches outside Jordan, which reduce the calls cost by 50%.
