Duties & Responsibilities:
o Develops, plans and implements sound financial and administrative goals, objectives and procedures for the finance and administration department. Formulate manage and implement effective distribution cost-revenue plans
o Managing the preparation and maintenance of variety of financial records and reports, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly financial reports.

o Ensuring the implementation of the organization’s internal audits; in addition to special audits that may be required by particular Director
o Maintain current knowledge of government requirements related to financial matters and ensure compliance with tax regulations and other legal requirements.
o Defining, evaluating and reporting performance targets set by the Company and East Africa breweries.

o Developed and maintained cost standards of spare parts
o Established product standard costs based on developed specification and continuous evaluation and updated costs
