• Strategic planning of training and development.
• Identifying training and development needs programs based on both the organizations and the individual's needs; Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives.
• Establishing guidelines & consolidating the training & development budget & business plan , Sourcing cost-effective training & development solutions to meet company requirements by identifying preferred suppliers for specialized training
• Design training courses & materials ensuring effective & efficient use of resources ,producing training materials for in-house courses; Ensuring quality of training & development delivery in line with best practice that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level;
• Developing corporate training & career development plans tool to increase competencies attract & retain high potential resources & succession planning needs of the organization by identifying necessary moves for career development and strategic best fit in the form of necessary transfers, promotions.
• Lead the Performance Management process by ensuring all company employees have identified their roles and responsibilities and annual objectives.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with manager & evaluating training and development programs through evaluation modules.
• Increasingly, having an understanding of e-learning techniques.
• Evaluate instructor’s performances and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Design/arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members &orientations sessions and on-the-job training for new hires.
• Identify and implement a suitable data base that ensures accurate record and report functionality, skills inventory for the organizations and its affiliates.
