1. Coordinates and consults with the commercial manager.
2. Inspects merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed.
3. Recommends additions to or deletions of merchandise to be sold in the store.
4. Controls and supervises orders’ quantities, sales inventory results, and sales preparations.
5. Trains managers and their assistants to comply with the policies set forth by the company to implement Nike image in their shops.
6. Develops and implements policies and procedures for store and departmental operations and personnel.
7. Coordinates activities of merchandising departments to obtain optimum efficiency of operations with minimum costs in order to maximize profits.
8. Coordinates with window dressers their schedules and work plans.
9. Sets sales policies and stock levels and recommends them to the General Manager
10. Ensures the established standards for sales, rotation, and loss.
11. Ensures that the image of the shop is that of NIKE in fittings, merchandising, windows, and personnel.
12. Analyzes the market segment at which the store product is aimed, along with prices and competition.
13. Introduces a management style that will ensure motivated and efficient personnel in coordination with the human resources department.
14. Plans layout of stock room, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored
