WORK EXPERIENCE

Job Function & Responsibilities:
Experienced in project management system such as scheduling, monitoring, tracking and monitoring of work schedule in primavera, resource loading/ resource leveling, preparation of S curves, distribution of weightage. Attending meeting with client & action plan for follow up.

Experienced in EPC contracts ,project handling, co-ordination and interactions with various clients for various piping activities, piping activities, tank activities ,pipe rack activities ,electrical and instrumentation activities.
Co-ordination with construction for day to day activities & directing the construction activities towards milestone & subsystem completion with respect to commissioning.
Preparation of bar charts, resource charts and observing effective and optimum resource utilization to maximize the output.
Productivity monitoring and implementation
Co-ordinate with sub contractors and responsible for recording, trending, forecasting quantity measurement, invoice certification and other associated cost control activities.
Experience in planning and scheduling pipeline activities and general civil activities.

Marking & set out for all structures
