Building Construction
Ability of handling all types of building works, wood – type villas and makeshift dormitories with proper sanitary system. Good knowledge to sketch out water supply for buildings as well as under drainage system. Having additional knowledge of good orientation in buildings.

Bridge & Road Construction

Foundations
Well knowledge in all type of foundations e.g. Pile foundation, Shallow foundation, Raft foundation, Column structures, combined footing and Cantilever footing etc.

Construction Estimating and Costing
Well experience in implementing new projects for building planning cost estimating. Capable of preparing cost estimate for repairing maintenance. Estimating the cost of damage, cracks and failure preventing measures.
Prevention and Maintenance
To carry out prevention and maintenance task as per the required state of Quality Control. To ensure the completion of repairing and maintenance in thee estimated period. Having good knowledge to execute prevention and maintenance work in monthly basis.

Materials purchase
Has sufficient knowledge in choosing and purchasing materials as per the requirement of budgeted estimation. Bulk and retail purchase of building materials. Evaluating the quotations-piece, quality and life of the materials.

Manpower Supervision
Capable of handling different nations of employees under my supervision with pious and harmonious nature. Also could manage different type of work in different site within the commitment set by management.
