2008 May to 2010 Octobers – Mechanical Engineer at J & P (Overseas) Limited, Libya;
In-charge of fabricating and erecting of a 800 m long pipe rack for a 42.5MW Gas turbine power generation plant which involved installation of four Gas turbines (each having a capacity of 18.5 MW), Piping and Power distribution
In-charge of fabricating oil manifold and water injection manifold steel structures & process piping (manifold piping and pig traps etc.)
Experience in laying of oil flow lines and conducting flushing, pigging and hydro testing of oil and water flow lines
Painting & coating of all steel structural works, interior and exterior painting of insulation spools and steel storage tanks (diesel and fire water)
Working experience as a QA/QC engineer for a Gas utilization project which supplies fuel gas to the Gas Turbine power generation plant
Experienced in conducting welder qualification tests, welding inspections on steel structures and painting inspections for Mellitah Oil & Gas B.V., Libya & Akakus oil operations, Libya
