Syrian petroleum company,
SYRIA - HASAKE OIL FIELD, Rroject Engineer
1.Identify and issue technical specifications for required equipments of crude oil facilities.
2.Make preliminary engineering for crude oil facilities.
3.Make the required P&IDs and PFDs for crude oil facilities.
4.Close supervision and management of the activities of project.
Achieved projects:
Jihar-Field Project for INA Co.
1.Worked as project engineer in the Jihar EPF upgrade project
KHE-Field GULFSANDS Co.
1.An early production facility which was designed for 10,000bbl/day
2.Six flow lines from naturally flowing wells to EPF.
3.Over head line to provide electrical power to the EPF.
2008 – 2011
Dijla petroleum company,SYRIA - DPC OIL FIELDS
This company located in Syria and consists of two fields, and I have worked as Field Production Manager.
1.Field projects manager, for the projects which vary to five million USD. Through preparing all required agreements, CFT’s, technical SPECs, required communication with External parties and contractors which will achieve the projects, manage all project phases up to commissioning and release the various certificates (Mechanical completion, Ready for commissioning, Provisional acceptance, Final acceptance).
Achieved projects:
I.EPC projects for flow lines from naturally flowing wells to EPFs in both (KHE & YOUS) fields.
II.Upgrade KHE-EPF’s capacity from 1,000bbl/day to 18,000bbl/day by adding three phase separator and shipping pumps.
III.Seven flow lines from naturally flowing wells to EPF.
IV.Upgrade KHE-EPF’s shipping system by constructing 2000 m3 storage tank, shipping pumps and 22 km 8” export pipe line.
V.EPC project for early production facility in YOUS-field, with capacity of 10,000bbl/day with 3.5km pipeline and 2.5km over head line.
VI.EPC project for upgrading shipping system for YOUS-EPF.
2.Field production manager
Nature of duties:
-Correspondence with third parties.
-Preparation of plans and budgets.
-Commit work orders / service orders within approved budget.
-Approve invoices.
-Issue and approve CFTs/RFQs
-Approve training plans.
-Prepare required agreements with other parties to keep operation in safe status.
-Consider QHSE requirement which insure safety operation.
