Deputy Security Coordinator/Medic
• I was employed by Blue Hackle as the Security Coordinators but are now employed as the
Medical Officer in support of Louis Berger Group/Black & Veatch on the construction site
of the Kabul Power Plant. My duties as Security Coordinator included all aspects of the
security procedures and security measures that is in place. I must over see all the local
national guards and third country national guards. I would oversee all tasks given to the
supervisors of the different security groups. I am also the first line response for any
medical incidents. During my time spent in country I was also utilized as the Deputy OPS
Manager. This position’s duties include monitoring the radios and PSD movements as
well as the day duties of all support personnel on the site for Blue Hackle. As the newly
appointed Medical Officer for the site, I will be in charge of all the medical issues for the
site. I will be in charge of the clinic and the emergency response to any incident. I will also
present medical training to all the guards and security groups.
