JOB DURING PRE COMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING DONE
• Review of the Plant PFD, P&ID, PMS, Equipment Data Sheet, Isometric Drawings & Operating Manuals
• Inspection and Checklist laid on Pipe Lines & Equipments as per procedure
• Prepare test run of Compressors, Pumps & Air Fin Fans
• Carry out various Pre Commissioning activities such as Hydro Test, Types of Flushing, Air Blowing, Drying, Card Board Blasting, System Leak Test, Steam Blowing, Chemical Cleaning, Heater Dry out etc…

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To supervise shift schedule and break down jobs with minimum down time
• Continuous vigilance in field by taking rounds at regular intervals
• Note down the field readings for cross checking with DCS i.e., LT, FT, PT etc…
• Continuous monitoring through put
• Monitoring the safe and smooth operation of rotating equipment such as Pumps, Compressors, Fin Fan Coolers etc…
• Check lube oil, seal system & oil level of reservoir in Compressor
• Weathering test for LPG& sampling of various products for laboratory testing
• Change over operation of Pumps, Filters, Heat Exchangers, and Compressors etc…
• To hand over equipments with proper isolation and de-contamination
• Assist mechanical crew in preventive maintenance of equipments and instrument crew in maintenance and calibration of process equipments.
