„X LPG Merox treatment Unit:

High sulfur LPG (14% H2S & 926 ppm RSH) is treated by amine absorption & caustic Extraction and Oxidation process.LPG Merox having two identical trains of Unsaturated LPG and one unit for Saturated LPG.

„X Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit (HMU)

The HMU is based on a top fired reformer with high temp. Shift converter and a PSA unit for hydrogen purification. The unit is designed to operate with Refinery Fuel Gas, LPG or Naphtha or combination as a feed stock.

Main Responsibilities:
„X Monitor and operate the equipment for safe and efficient operation from field.
„X Continuous vigilant in monitoring critical parameters.
„X Note down readings of field and cross check with DCS.
„X To handover equipment, pumps and compressor to Maintenance after purging, flushing and positive isolation.
„X Monitoring the smooth and safe operation of rotating equipment like pump, compressor.
„X Performing Various Field test like weathering, lead acetate test for LPG, H2S check with dragger tubes, Doctor Test etc
„X Laboratory sampling As per standard UOP Procedure.
„X Aware with all safe operating procedures (SOP) of Hydrogen and LPG Plant
„X Ensuring all standby pumps/equipments are always in healthy.
„X Check lube oil/ seal system and oil level in reservoir in RFG compressor
„X Following proper housekeeping to ensure clean and safe work area
„X Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedure, work permit procedure.

„X Emergency handling during upsets in upstream and downstream units.
