Testing and Commissioning Engineer

Construction Management,Hydro Testing, N2 and Helium leak detection, Pre Commissioning, Diff type of Pigging, Piping Erection Operations, Nitrogen Purging,Drying, Blowing,Bolt Tensioning, System Commissioning, Functional Tests, Flange Management

? Finalising project requirements and specifications in consultation with consultants / collaborators / promoters;
? Handling on-site construction activities to ensure completion of pipeline projects within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximize the output.
? Responsible for piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, specifications, priorities and availability of construction drawings.
? Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub contractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances for MCC Pack & Commissioning.
? Supervising and monitoring cross country pipeline and station piping work.

Preparing :
o Hydro test, Gauging, Pigging, Drying, Pre commissioning and Commissioning Plan and Procedure.
o Testing and commissioning reports, HSE plan in accordance with HSE department.
? Supervision and control of the following Pre-commissioning / Commissioning mechanical activities by contractors Developing work instructions / test descriptions / inspection plans and revising / updating them as and when required.
? Pipelines cleaning, gauging and hydro-test Pipeline drying Formulating & implementing stringent systems and quality plans to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project.
? Ensuring testing equipment conditions and certifications, Review and Approval of test sequence and planning, Preparation of punch list of activities, strictly implementing of HSE procedure on site during Testing and Commissioning.

? BE in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial &Production) from University of VTU, Belgaum, India in 2007.
? Intermediate in Science from SDS College of BIEC, Patna, India in 2000.
? Matric in Science from Sonahula High School Gopalganj of BSEB, Patna, India in 1998.

? Certification in Project Planning Management
? ASNT Level-II (RT & UT)
