Control & Monitor all Manufacture Cycle

•Prepare the required production plan for 3 months in advance based on Sales& marketing Forecast then giving it to - Purchase Team (Purchase request)– Production Team (Mfg. order) – Lean Mfg.
•Following up on Purchase team to issue Purchase Orders required under the known roles (Lead time – Minimum Order – Safety inventory) until receiving it in our stores.
•Following up on Production Team to achieve the target and the planned under the known roles (Minimum run - Productivity rate – Plan Fullfilment . etc).
•Managing bottlenecks and any other constraints, aiming not to exceed defect rates or scrap/ yield factors (Managing WIP)
•Following up with Sales team for any modification (trade offs).
•Following up on the Inventory to keep it within the agreed levels , Saftey Level , Saftery Stock according to the company policy, at same time to keep the production away from any shortages.
•Shop Floor Control , Push , Pull System Control

Bachelor degree Of Commerce(English Section)

Have International Computer driving liesence (ICDL) From Sesco .
Certification In Quality Management System ( ISO 9001) part Time 3 days
PostgraduateMaster bussiness Administration(MBA) In Supply Chain From Arab Academy For Science and Technology.
