Prepared Pipeline Certification Procedure, ITP, check list and also prepare pipeline scope of works and personnel qualifications. Strong skill level supervision/inspection problem solving all QA/QC including technical problem, interpersonal skill, particular the ability to listen and understand co-worker, costumer/client problem, understood in International Codes & Standards Rules and ISO. Familiar about different welding methods (SMAW, GTAW, SAW, GMAW FCAW.)
Familiar about heating schedule of low hydrogen electrodes.
