Responsibilities and achievements:
•Co-ordination of construction activities.
•Implementing approval and latest method statement, shop drawing and other technical procedures/documents.
•Initial material requisition.
•Initial manpower requisition.
•Enforce QA/QC procedures.
•Enforce safety procedures.
•Responsible for sub-contract allotted to the site (work, output, quality, progress, etc.).
•Prepare the payment evaluation for the sub-contract.
•Participation in the weekly progress meeting.
•Assigning work to site engineers.
•Resolving the complication faced by the construction team.
•Preparing daily progress report and forwarding to the construction manger.
•Liaising with the consultant/client/third parties.
•Ensure the progress as per planned schedule and taking corrective measures in case of delay in coordination with construction manger.
