ľ As Project Engineer, dealing with Consultant & Contractors for Techno-Commercial matters and coordination
ƒæ Review of Builder¡¦s work, Shop drawings, Composite plans, Component Submittals & RFI for MEP activities - in line with Project Specification, Design intent, Architectural & Structural design in prior to submission for Consultant approval
ľ Review of General Arrangement plans, furnishing inputs, feedbacks to Architectural & Structural departments regarding MEP service requirements
ľ Reviewing the compliance of Sub Contractor activities to the Contract documents, Project Quality Plan & Design intent of the Project
ľ Responsible for timely submission of periodical Technical & Progress reports
ľ Intra organizational reports on Design changes, Changes in deliverable quantity
ľ Coordinating with Utility authority (Electricity & Water) in obtaining approval for MEP activities, wherever required
ľ Inspection of Materials (MEP) received at site & contractor premises
ľ Inspection of MEP installations at various stages of project progress & witnessing inspections with Consultant.
ľ Processing payment & variation claims submitted by contractors.
ľ Making certain the compliance of Organization Quality policy during execution of MEP activities
ľ Ensuring the adherence of QHSE regulations by MEP contractors, in site activities
