Duties and Responsibilities:

„X Build a finely tuned accounting team , fostering a collaborative environment that improved productivity, individual accountability and team morale
„X Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR , GL , Forecasting , Budgeting etc
„X Cost Control & Pricing of several items on contracting sector.
„X Develop procedures and accurate implementation of the recording, classifying and summarizing of daily transactions.
„X Plans, manages, coordinates and implements the monthly closing processes and procedures for the use of assigned records. Perform full set of accounts and insure timely closing of accounts.
„X Evaluates receipts, expenditure forms, purchase orders and disbursement orders for the purpose of ensuring compliance with established regulatory standards.
„X Perform verification tasks for reports/invoices/receipts/balances according to department procedures.
„X Develop, implement, modify, document recordkeeping and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
„X Maintain procedures to establish tight control over petty cash transactions
„X Meet the work deadlines of Finance Dept. on a monthly and annual basis, supervise and review the work of all subordinates on a daily basis ( including all production reports )
„X Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
„X Supervises , trains and evaluates entry level accounting and support staff
