Over the last 8 years, I focused my efforts towards financial accounting, planning & analysis and business performance management and so I shaped my career moves to reach this goal.
I got the opportunity to have a greater insight in finance globalization by implementing standard global processes and policies while working as Credit Manager for Shell companies in Tunisia and later as Planning & Reporting Manager for Shell Tunisia and Algeria.
I learnt to communicate and interact effectively in multicultural environment and developed my ability to work with virtual teams across the globe. In addition, I gained experience in projects management and change management.
As part of my development plan as a High Caliber Employee, I completed successfully my international assignment as Senior Financial Analyst in Shell Oil Product USA. It was a golden opportunity for me to develop my leadership skills and my business and technical knowledge in a complex structure and economic environment. I was and I’m still engaging with senior managers to very proactively understand their business, seeking to maximize their business benefits through financial analysis, planning process improvement and advises on strategic choices.
