Business development and corporate governance project management structuring of business process in manufacturing company

• Coordination of works on creation of new production at the following subsidiary companies:
- “Aktau fiberglass pipes plant” - creation of the site on manufacturing of fiberglass pipes for chemical, oil and gas industries. Manufacturing of fiberglass tubing (to 15 atm) and high pressure pipes (to 250 atm) for oil and gas industry;
- “Ust-Kamenogorsk valve plant” - creation of the site on manufacturing of ball valve (DN 300 - 900, PN 7,0 - 30,0 ĚPŕ) for oil and gas industry;
- “Trubremcenter”/”PDV-Group” - creation of site on manufacturing and repairing of beam pumping units and pumping rod; tubing coating services;
- “Kaskor-Mashzavod” – creation of the site on hot galvanizing of metal structures, creation and development of the site for production of polyethylene pipes;
- “Prommontazh-KIV” - creation of the site on hot galvanizing of metal structures.
• Interaction with profile government bodies (NC “KazMunaiGaz”, “EP KazMunaiGaz”, “KazTransOil”, “IntergasCentralAsia”),
• Work with the state bodies (the Ministry of Energy and Mineral recourses, the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
• Coordination of works on creation of the JV “KazPetroTechServices” (Aktau) (the head of the board of directors) - created, jointly with Global Process Systems (UAE) – designing and manufacturing of the process equipment for the oil and gas industry (offshore & onshore oil and gas modular facilities, crude oil separation and dehydration facilities, gas sweetening facilities, gas processing and treatment facilities, water injection facilities, produced water treatment facilities, cold temperature extraction facilities (LNG,LPG) etc.
