To be employed in the post of WAREHOUSE/ STORE KEEPER in professionally managed organization. I am having FOURTEEN YEARS EXPERIENCE in U.A.E. as Store In-charge of Aluminum Fabrication, construction field

Civil Engineering & Construction Co.

PERIOD : From Oct-2005 to till Dec-2010.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive materials after checking LPO, Delivery Note, Quality, Quantity and Expiry date.
Maintaining stock in ERP Software such as E-Promise and SAP-Material Management
Ensure all tools and materials received from approved suppliers and reported to Plant Manager for checking and raising Goods receipt voucher.
Arrange all materials with identification tag in a proper location to issue the same at site by Inter-location Requisition.
Ensure all chemical items are segregated with Material Safety Data Sheet in the chemical room in order to issue at site according to shelf life.
Maintain stock card for all available materials at store.
Maintain supply of Scaffoldings and Form work material by on-hire and off-hire based on request from sites.
Prepare requisitions and follow up for the delivery of materials required for the site as per procedure.
Coordinate with other site stores and cost control department for proper functioning of given software for stock comparison.
Ensure hazardous and non-hazardous waste is segregated with the identification of the same and report the management to remove those from store area to keep clean.
Ensure availability of delivery area and issuing area in the store and only related materials are keeping there.
Maintain proper records of receipts and issue of the Personal Protective Equipments (PPE) items.
Maintain MSE (Material Status Evaluation) control card for the issue and receipt of the tools
Maintain Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), calibration certificate, internal checking of measuring items, block register and test certificates files.
Follow up of issuing of survey equipments, trans-receivers renewals.
Perform inventory procedures with accurately and utmost integrity Coordinate between warehouse and sites for root cause analysis and corrective & preventive action.

Bachelor of Science (Zoology)
Madurai Kamaraj University, India.
