QA/QC E & I Inspector, Maintenance, Commisioning

• Familiar in safety and work protocol of oil and gas, fertilizer and mining construction and maintenance.
• Experience in monitoring construction work progress, NDT and material preservation.
• A QA/QC Inspector. Powerful in work implementation as per drawing plans, standards and rules.
• Knowledgeable in motor control and instrumentation interlocking and relay system troubleshooting and repair.
• Capable of handling MCC locking and racking in/out of modules and switchgears. Inspection and testing of protection system. Superb in cable termination, torque and rewiring.
• Exceptional experience in maintaining generators and transfer switches.
• Skillful in calibrating pneumatic and electronic instruments such as transmitters, controllers, transducers, sensors, control valves, speed inverters, soft start modules and Energy Savers.
• In-depth knowledge in troubleshooting, repair and commissioning of electronic board and circuitry, motors (low, medium and high voltage) and its control, PLC, DCS,lighting, fire alarm, HVAC, security and communication system.
• Wide ranging capability of using and maintaining calibration and measuring instruments such as 375 field communicator, druck, block calibrator, oscilloscope, Wallace and Tiernan pneumatic calibrator, flexi-meter, magnew calibrator, decade resistance box, circutor AR5 analyzer, VOM, megger, hi-pot tester, almost all signal and testing instruments.

• Graduated in Leyte State University as bachelor of secondary education Professional teacher major in trade technology and graduated in MSU-IIT as a diploma graduate in electronics engineering technology major in communication.

• Multi-lingual fluent in English, Tagalog and basic in Arabic.
