Job Responsibilities:
„X Ensure compliance with established procedure and maintain effective internal control over physical product flow in Stock room and shop floor.
„X Internal transfer and global transfer of shipments and handling material deliveries.
„X Checking Issued Purchase Orders as per order confirmation list/ Performa Invoice and issued GRN (goods receiving note) as per received goods in every shipment.
„X Co-coordinating with the I.T, Accounts, Operation and Logistics departments to improve, develop and implement Inventory and operational procedures and standards.
„X Responsible for periodic inventory, physical inventory, perpetual inventory, tickler and visual control.
„X Responsible for weekly, monthly and annual reports.
„X Leading a team working on the back office and direct operations for stock allocation to the shops and implementing replenishment strategies.
„X Coordinating with the different operational department¡¦s in-order to manage major sale-events, buying and merchandising projects.
„X Supervising data entry team and stockroom team assigns schedules and coordinates workload, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
