Tendering & Estimation:-
Performed all duties assigned such as preparing both Technical & Commercial tender submission documents like detailed material, labour plant and sub contractor analysis, preparation of enquires & quotations, Direct and In Direct Labour Histogram, tender project planning program, method of statements, material list ,plant list, sub contractor list, HSE plan, and other related submission documents.
Preparation of contracts claim, enquires, clarification, sub contract compression statements, and other approval documents. Within ISO limits
Payments & Cost control:-
Performed all duties assigned such as preparing estimations, Interim payments, Final payments, rate analysis, Change Orders, Variation Orders, New rates, Recapitulations, Subcontractor payments and keeping all records for approval of works.
