of field joints, hubs, bends, goosenecks, hot tap t`s,flamespray,
spools etc. Mainline production onshore and offshore. Offshore laying
operations. Crossextrusion of pipelines covering 3 layer up to 9 layer
polypropylene coatings and sPP coatings. Sidewrapping of 3 and 5 layer
polypropylene and ULTRA. Experince in Brederos new ULTRA coatings
technology. Shrinksleeves experience. Surface preparation. And all inspections regarding these operations.
Been in charge of several FAT, PQT, PPT and PPV and documentation with
this. Experience in as-built and fabrication record book
documentation. Making and reviewing ITP/Test And Inspection plans
according to client specification. Experience in lab testing. I.e.
HW(hot water soak), CD(cathodic disbondment), DSC(Differential
scanning calorimetry), MFI/MFR, Shore hardness, Adhesion
test(dolly/a-frame), Impact and indentation, OIT(Oxygen Induction
Time), thickness measurements, X-Cut/Cross Hatch, FBE porosity,
tensile testing, thermal conductivity measurement etc
