Doing Human resources for various companies such as Multichoice Namibia, MWEB Namibia (Africa Online), Cornastone Information Technology Services, Philippi Trust Namibia as well as Once of Clients.
Main duties involve;
• Running an HR software were by employees take leave and do their Performance evaluation.
• Monthly Performance Management
• Reviewing company Policies and Procedures
• Drawing up employment contracts and offer letters
• Writing monthly company Newsletter and HR reports
• Assisting with training and development as when needed
• Recruitment and Selection- (screening CV’s, interviewing, reference checks)
• Industrial relations- staff counselling, preparing warning forms, attending disciplinary hearings.
• Psychometric testing (Brain preference profile)
