• Designs and programs copper electrode for electric discharge machines (edm) averaging 20 electrodes per day.

• Attends daily section meetings regarding electrode processes identifying machining from WEDM process.
• Continuously providing essential improvements to program practices and processes through regular reviews of previous programs and feedbacks from the production section.
• Provides technical support to machining department.
• Coordinates with WEDM Diprowin , programmers regarding changes within electrode processes.
• Supplies daily program for continuous machining center operation (YASDA YBM640V, MORI SEIKI NVD5000, SODICK 450MC, SODICK 430L HI-Tech, SODICK 430L).


Process Quality Control Inspector

• Checked tolerances of pivot pipes, Swing Arms offsetting, Main frame parts and weld parts.
• Checked of Swing Arms, Handle bars, and Main Frames.
• Monitored Swing Arms, Handle bars, Main Frames, at the assembly lines for any problem encounter’s.
• Prepares daily summary reports of welding line section for No Good parts.
• Attends and Reports daily quality section meetings.
