Responsibilities

GOODS RECEIVING

 Receive and Inspect all incoming consignments, including warehouse stock and direct charge materials with purchase orders.
 Prepare Material Discrepancy Reports.
 Input all goods receiving reports accurately into SAP, ensuring compliance with established goods checking and inspection procedures
 Coordinates all material shipments to and from Offshore with Logistics
 Assist with annual physical inventory counts
 Maintains all files related to delivery manifests and freight waybill

Responsibilities

• Report to the Maintenance Manager / Senior Maintenance Engineer
• To update the stock register weekly and maintain the minimum stock level of all the consumables in order to avoid any production delay due to non-availability of the same.
• To maintain the stock register
• To make proper arrangements for the stocking of material
• To make sure the appropriate in coming materials are inspected by the responsible person before entering in the stock register.
• To identify the hazardous material and maintain safe environment.
• To update stock register to maintain the minimum stick level and request the appropriate materials through the maintenance manager
• To make sure all the relevant and related documents are maintained to meet ISO 9001-2000 requirements.
