Project 2: Papua New Genea Liquefied Petroleum gas ( PNG LNG)

Hydraulic calculation for Acid gas removal, liquefaction, Refrigeration, Fractionation, Refrigeration storage unit by using prodraw software for maximum, normal and minimum cases. Preparation of Pump datasheet for Liquefaction, Refrigeration , Fractionation unit. Vessel sizing and preparation vessel datasheet for propane accumulator, reflux drum, ARGU filter separator, Propane transfer drum, Amine regenerator reflux drum, Scrub column reflux drum. Deethanizer reflux drum. Depropanizer Reflux Drum. Preparation of control valve datasheet, Flow elements, PI, TI, TE, PDI, PDT ,PT, LI Datasheet. Depressurization calculation by using Capes software. Preparation of Alarm and trip point list, Preparation of operating Manual.

Project 3: Barzan Onshore Gas Plant (LNG) (Advance engineering work)
Review and check hydraulic calculation for SRU (Sulphur Recovery Unit) and MRU( Mercpatan Recovery Unit).
