Job Responsibilities - Ensure Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented.
- Ensure all employees are familiar with company HSE Policies
- To ensure proper erecting of scaffold should be done properly/safe access and egress adjacent should have a valid scaffold tag.
- Coordinate and ensure supervision held effectively for daily Tool Box Talk, supply topics when required and attend selected meetings to ensure proper communication.
- Advise on the effectiveness and issue of the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and encourage/enforce use on site.
- Carries out spot/random check to ensure Permit to Work are available and related conditions are being continuously implemented
- Conduct Safety Audits and Safety Inspection such as Identifying Hazards, Unsafe Acts and Conditions and recommend corrective action to site management, and ensures the implementation there of and forward a completion reported to the management.
- To schedule testing and monitoring programs such as weekly fire drill, use of personal protective equipments (PPE’s), scaffolding and ladders, fire equipments inspections and maintenance.
- Investigate incidents and Accidents including Near Misses.
- Prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly Safety Statistic Reports

Job Responsibilities - Primary duties included going out to different sections of the factory where people work, to inspect the premises or safety violations and then recommending changes to bring the facility into conformity.
- Communicating the hazards associated with all types of chemicals through MSDS.

- Breathing apparatus inspection and maintenance
- L E L, O2, and H2S gas monitoring by using gas detectors / monitors.
