Preparation of tender documents for Engineering Projects
•Analyze project proposals to ensure technical feasibility and to ensure that project objectives are attainable within prescribed resources.
•Generate all related drawings and technical specifications to ensure the ultimate representation of all the project aspects.
•Draft a detailed Scope of Work.
•Produce a detailed quantity take-off, with the purpose of obtaining a comprehensive Bill of Quantity.
•Estimate the cost of the project by implementing the market prices and costs of each term listed in the BOQ.

Project management of ongoing projects
•Provide necessary site visits to keep tracking the projects implementation, in order to insure an efficient quality control.
•Apply a project cost control system, by comparing between the works performed and planned.
•Carry out a schedule control to ensure the completion of the project on time, by controlling the applied resources and their productivities. Implement
